We know life can be unpredictable. That’s why we offer a lenient scheduling policy. You can cancel services up to 8:00 AM on the same day without any extra charges (excluding weekends and holidays). This flexibility ensures your experience with us is stress-free.
Scheduling and payment are easier than ever with our user-friendly online system. You will have a weekly credit card billing, so you can focus on spending quality time with your pets while we handle the rest.
At Mobile Mutts, the safety of your pets is our top priority. Our dog walking services are designed with care, using four-foot leashes and backup safety collars for every walk. We never tie your dog outside unattended and always ensure your pup is matched with compatible walking buddies based on their temperament and personality.
Our dog sitting and cat sitting clients also appreciate our transparent communication. At Mobile Mutts, you will receive an automatic email after the dog walker or cat sitter marks the sitting or walk as complete through our system. This email will let you know what time the pet sitting was completed, returning home with a note with every details from the pet care service.

We believe in thoughtful group dog walks. Your pup will be carefully paired with up to three other compatible dogs to ensure safe and enjoyable socialization. Our limit of four dogs per group ensures each pet gets the attention they deserve.
