We have a convenient online scheduling and payment system, with weekly credit card billing.
No Late Charges:
We understand that you are busy and we have a very lenient scheduling policy. You can request to cancel services prior to 8am on the same day at no extra charge (weekends and holidays excluded).
Management:
We have full time managers who are available to you for real time emails and calls. Our managers are also available to our walkers for anything they should need during the day (for example, if your dog is sick and needs to go to the vet our managers are there to help!). You are not only hiring a dog walker, you are hiring a whole team.
Exceptional Care
Safety First:
We walk in small groups of one to four pups. We match your pup with buddies he/she enjoys walking with based on temperament and personality. We also use four foot leashes and back up safety collars for all walks and we never tie your dog up outside unattended.
Fun Walks:
When we walk your dog, we will take him or her out to exercise, socialize, get fresh air and of course do his or her business :)
Safe Socialization:
We take care matching your pup to walking buddies he/she will enjoy walking with. We never walk more than four dogs at a time.
Email and Note:
You will also receive an automatic email after the walker marks the walk as complete through our system. This email will let you know what time the walk was completed. And you will return home to a note with the details from the walk.

Employees Only:
Unlike many other companies all of our walkers are employees, not independent contractors. This means our walkers are entitled to Worker's Compensation insurance (which covers you in case someone is injured in your home), Unemployment Insurance, Disability Insurance, Social Security and other protections by law. Our walkers also receive paid time off and health benefits.
Training:
We have a vigorous hiring and training process for all of our walkers. We conduct full background and reference checks.
Communication:
You will receive real time email updates after each appointment plus a written note with more details when you arrive home.
